I've just bought this game some days ago, it's incredible. My friends that like board games but don't love board games asked me to stay in one of my friends house til 7 a.m. to keep on playing. It's good to have a game that can bring people that are not used to play board games into this world.

Sorry about my english if made any mistake, i'am not a native speaker..

Bye

I played this once at a convention when it was brand new, and I was deeply underwhelmed by the dice mechanics. You roll the dice all the time, and every time you do, your opponent does too, and you have to ask what target number you're trying to hit with your dice, and your opponent has to ask the same, then you compare them. That sentence takes a long time to read like every thing you do in this game takes a long time to resolve. 2 dice rolls and 2 questions to be answered before you determine the outcome. How much easer would it be to do one dice roll and answer one question? Way fucking easier. Unless you and your opponent are on top of things and ready with the information at all times, this thing just drags.

I love this game, I just cannot find someone else who is into it.

The secret for the Union is to lay down as much smoke as fast as you can and then send in Capt McNeil and his Night Op goggles or hand th egoggles off to the guy with the BIG Fraking gun.

The Reich are all about close quarter combat so get them up close and personal as fast as possible;e

I must get this on the table game more - I've only played it twice and was left underwhelmed because figures were dying so damn fast. I suspect, as you mention, you really have to know the individual strengths and weaknesses of the characters to get the most of it.

Of course, now I'm armed with your excellent strategies, all will be different!
