NEW SPACE HULK CONFIRMED
Games Workshop’s classic game Space Hulk is back FOR REAL and I know for sure because I just pre-ordered it.
The new edition comes with beautiful, I say BEAUTIFUL new miniatures and delicious new floor tiles.

They say numbers are limited, so if you’ve ever trusted me on anything, trust me on this – Space Hulk is incredible. It’s maybe my personal favourite game of all time. Thrilling, exciting, genuinely frightening. If you have the spare cash, get it ordered.

I genuinely believed they’d never re-release it. I can’t wait!!! Some people will moan about the price, but £60 is about what I’d expect. It’s got 30 minis in the box for christ sake.

Is it like an advanced Space Crusade? I never played it – how does it work?
What was the space marine game where the uber main bad guy was robot thing called a Dreadnaught or something? I seem to remember it being the sci-fi equivilent of Hero Quest. Any ideas anyone? That was brilliant as a kid.
Have to say though, this looks amazing Rab. The minis look gorgeous.
Dave, that was Space Crusade. A great game in its own right. But Space Hulk is nothing like Space Crusade. It’s terror in a box. It’s incredible.

Space Hulk doesn’t really play like Space Crusade, it’s just Marines vs Genestealers but tactically there is a lot more too it.
It’s basically Aliens the board game. Complete with motion blips and flamethrowers and the wonderful tension and action.
That’s about the stupidest trailer ever, but man is Space Hulk a good game. I still have the original, although the boxes have seen better days…
