The Geek is, in the opinion of this guy right here, the best hobby-related site on the web, bar none. No videogame website matches it. No fishing website matches it. No sadomasochism website matches it. The Geek is King.

And now we hear of the upcoming release of The BoardGameGeek Game. Being published by R&D Games, and designed by Richard Breese, the game sees you play as games publishers and gamers in a quest to attain GeekGold (the BoardGameGeek currency, don’tcha know).

It’s being released to celebrate 10 years of the Geek. Ten years! Ten years! Here’s a poem.
